Hyderabad News: Two people arrested for cheating employers by changing QR codes

Hyderabad: Police on Saturday arrested two people working in a food court who had defrauded their employers by changing QR codes. Alleged fraudsters Yasireddy Anil Kumar (41) and Mandala Raj Kumar (38), working with Isthara Parks Pvt Ltd, along with some others had changed the company’s QR codes at different places.

The amount of Rs 4.15 crore was transferred to various bank accounts. The suspects used the money for their personal use and bought properties and gold etc. Police have asked traders to keep a check on their daily financial activities.
