Police caught illegal ticket brokers in railway station
Raipur. Cash amount of Rs.5180/- (2) From the possession of Akash, one piece of Tatkal reservation requisition letter and one piece of touch screen mobile realme with sim number 7000793288 and cash amount of Rs. Seized which was signed by the accused and the witnesses. Recorded the statement of the accused, in which accused Ankit told that he makes railway tickets from his personal user ID of IRCTC.dapj5160 and sells them to the needy people for more profit.

Other documents were prepared. At the behest of the accused, the absconding person was traced and searched, but he was not found at the concerned place. After preparing the relevant documents, appropriate action was taken and the said persons were arrested under Section 179 of the Railway Act for the crime of Section 143 of the Railway Act. Brought the Resub post to Bhilai. On the orders of the post in-charge, sub-inspector Aastha Dubey, R.S.B. In Post Bhilai, crime number 729/2023 dated 27.04.2023, Section 143 Railway Act was registered against both the arrested persons and an absconder in Bhilai and information about the arrest was given to his family members, during which no misbehavior was done with the accused. The accused were informed about the bail, on production of competent sureties by the accused, as per the orders of the in-charge, were given the benefit of bail following the bail conditions and were directed to appear in the Honorable Special Railway Court, Raipur on the due date. The search and detection of the absconding person is going on.
