Hoshiarpur: 10 people arrested with drugs
Hoshiarpur: District police has arrested 10 people from different places and recovered huge quantity of narcotic pills from them. According to information, Chabbewal police has arrested Paramjit Singh and Manjit Singh, residents of Sarhalan Kalan and recovered 130 grams of narcotic powder from them. In another incident, Bullowal police has arrested Prabhjot Singh, resident of Gaganauli village and recovered huge quantity of narcotic pills from him.
On the other hand, Model Town police has arrested Varinder Prasad, resident of Balveer Colony and recovered 63 grams of narcotic powder from him. In another case, police has arrested Babbi, resident of Ravidas Nagar and Ankush Thapar, resident of Khanpur Gate and recovered huge quantity of narcotic pills from them. Mehtiana police has arrested Gurminder Singh, resident of Tanauli and recovered 122 grams of narcotic powder from him. Similarly, Tanda police has arrested Harbhajan Kaur Bhajno, resident of Jaja and recovered huge quantity of narcotic pills from her. In another incident, Hajipur police arrested Kulwinder Singh, a resident of Hardokhundpur, and recovered 15 grams of heroin from him. Garhshankar police arrested Hardeep Singh Nangla and recovered a large quantity of narcotic pills from him. A case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act in the respective police stations.
