Updated Yezdi Adventure teased; know what’s new on the motorcycle
The Updated Yezdi Adventure motorcycle has been teased by the company ahead of launch in India. The company has shared the updated Yezdi Adventure on its social media handle and it packs some subtle improvements as compared to the current generation of the motorcycle. The improvement in the updated Yezdi Adventure includes a new engine.
What’s new on the updated Yezdi Adventure
As teased in the new image, it can be seen that the huge tank rails of the motorcycle have been removed. The new generation of the motorcycle gets smaller units with little plastic insert which has a sticker that reads ‘estd. 69’. This is the year when the motorcycle company was established.
The front fork is a telescopic unit just like the current generation of the motorcycle. From the teased image we can confirm that the motorcycle gets the same LED headlight, headlight grille, indicators, seats as well as the tank.
Even though the engine of the motorcycle is not visible the caption says ““New engine, same wild spirit.” This signifies that there will be some important changes when it comes to the motor of the motorcycle. A larger engine will be efficient to compete with the likes of larger engine motorcycles like the Royal Enfield Himalayan as well as the KTM 390 Adventure. Currently, the motorcycle gets a 334cc liquid-cooled motor that is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Another important change that is visible on the motorcycle is a new exhaust pipe. Unlike the current generation of the motorcycle, the exhaust pipe moves under the engine to the rear portion of the exhaust. It is also expected that the company might tweak the suspension of the motorcycle to fit the ride. As it launches in India, it will compete against the likes of the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. The price of the Yezdi Adventure is expected to go up as it launches in India.
