Due to the deep wound, the bear was brought to Kanha Pendari Zoo late on Sunday night for treatment. Wildlife doctor PK Chandan was treating the injured bear. On Monday night at 10:30 pm, his health suddenly started deteriorating. On this, the zoo management came into action and made every possible effort to save his life. But, half an hour later, around 11 pm, he died.
It is being told that the wound was deep. He died due to being badly injured. The zoo management informed the officials at night itself. On which the Director and Deputy Director of Achanakmar Biosphere Reserve UR Ganesh, SDO Bhopal Singh Rajput and others reached.
