Action against hospitals working against Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Ayushman health rules

Raipur. Raipur. The State Nodal Agency Chhattisgarh is regularly taking action against hospitals working against the rules under Ayushman Bharat Jan Arogya Yojana Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Ayushman Health Scheme. Complaints were received against hospitals for blocking packages with unnecessary high amount, blocking OPD patients in IPD unnecessarily, blocking packages without patients, blocking related packages without specialist and facility, blocking packages of unnecessary ICU, dirt in the hospital and taking extra cash, etc.

Due to which show cause notices were issued to the hospitals. Action has been taken against hospitals whose explanation received from the hospitals was not satisfactory. Under which, City 24 Hospital Raipur, Jai Patai Mata Hospital Patewa Mahasamund, Late Vidyabhushan Thakur Memorial Hospital Rajnandgaon, Sai Naman Hospital Mahasamund, Umeed Care Hospital Balod and Vegas Hospital Bilaspur were taken action on the above complaints and their registration under the scheme was cancelled.
