Weapon worship was done in Police Line Dhamtari
Dhamtari. On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the festival of victory of good over evil, Shastra Puja was organized as per tradition in the local police line Dhamtari. The puja was conducted by Superintendent of Police Mr. Anjaneya Varshney as per the rituals. After Shastra Puja, worship of vehicles was also organized in the protected center premises.
After Shastra Puja, Superintendent of Police Anjaneya Varshney and Additional Superintendent of Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Reserve Inspector also fired celebratory shots and congratulated the residents of the district as well as the officers and employees on the festival of Dussehra, the festival of victory of good over evil.
On this occasion, Additional Superintendent of Police Sushil Kumar Nayak, Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhavesh Sao, Manishanker Chandra, Neha Pawar, Ragini Mishra, Home Guard Commandant Shobha Thakur, Scientific Officer Amit Kumar Patel, Reserve Inspector Deepak Sharma, Inspector Sunny Dubey, Steno Akhilesh Shukla, Sub Inspector Amit Baghel, R.K. Sahu, Sub Inspector were present. Ramavtar Rajput, Armor Prar. Ramvilas Mishra, Digesh Sharma and other officers of the police department were also present.
