Chhatisha Niyog meeting in Puri today: Exact date for Ratnabhandar repair likely to come
Puri: An important meeting of the Chhatisha Niyog of the Srimandira in Puri will be held today. The meeting will be chaired by the Chief Administrator of the temple, Arvind Padhy.
Various important aspects will be discussed in this meeting today. The repair work of the Ratnabhandara of the temple may start from the 16th of December. The date in this regard will be fixed in the Chhatishaniyog meeting today. The meeting will discuss the schedule of the ‘Pahili bhoga’ of the deities starting from the Dec 16.
A special schedule will be prepared for the repair of the Ratnabhandar and the time for which the ASI will repair the Ratnabhandar will be decided in the meeting.
Along with this, the Devabhishek Purnima schedule to be held in the temple on January 13 next year will also be discussed. Similarly, the Makara Sankranti schedule on January 14 will also be discussed in the meeting.
