Also, you should eat fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants and magnesium. It is especially beneficial to eat spinach, kale, spinach, coriander, mint, curry leaves, pomegranates, tomatoes, beetroot, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, bananas, melons, and watermelons. This can lead to migraines in the long run. Therefore, you should drink enough water daily. Also, include spinach, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and black beans, which are rich in magnesium, in your diet. These also provide relief from migraines. If you consume these foods daily, you can reduce migraines very easily.
