National Herald case verdict: Chief Minister Stalin welcomed the decision.

Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision in the National Herald case.
A post on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Tuesday read:
Through the National Herald verdict, the judiciary has once again exposed the misuse of central intelligence agencies by the BJP government to exact revenge on opposition leaders.
Such cases are being pursued without any legal basis, solely to harass and defame political opponents. It has been proven that Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, who stand for truth and fearlessness, are innocent.
However, the BJP, unable to tolerate their strong stance on secularism and constitutional principles, is determined to persecute the Gandhi family.
Chief Minister Stalin tweeted that the BJP’s vindictive agenda is repeatedly undermining the credibility of the country’s top intelligence agencies, reducing them to mere tools for intimidating political opponents.
