It is believed that spiritual practices performed during Gupt Navratri should not be disclosed to anyone. That is why these days are called “Gupt” Navratri. Secret rituals are performed for nine days during Gupt Navratri. Ten forms of Goddess Durga are worshipped during these days.

How to Worship Goddess Durga
Astrologer and horoscope analyst Dr. Anish Vyas explains that during Gupt Navratri, Tantriks and Aghoris worship Goddess Durga at midnight.
