Congress leadership knows how to demand a share in the government – Manickam Thakur

Tamil Nadu: The Congress leadership knows that the DMK wants a share in the government in Tamil Nadu, party MP Manickam Thakur said.
He told reporters at Madurai airport on Tuesday:
Tamil Nadu Congress leader Ms. Selva Perundakkai and I are like brothers and sisters. There is no major problem between us. Don’t make a big issue out of it.
The Congress party is fighting for the welfare of the people of Tamil Nadu. As far as we are concerned, we are confident that Tamil Nadu will win the upcoming assembly elections, as Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has said.
Thaweka Joint General Secretary Nirmal Kumar said that it was his own opinion that the DMK cannot form a government in Tamil Nadu without Congress support. “I too am trying to make the Congress a strong party under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi and Kharge. You should ask Rahul Gandhi what his opinion is about a role in the government.”
The Congress leadership knows that the DMK is demanding a share in the government in Tamil Nadu. He said that he had talked to the leadership about this on 17 January.
