Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister MK Stalin returns to Chennai
Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin returned to Chennai on Wednesday after a four-day break. He had gone to Kodaikanal on the 25th to relax with his family after the voting process for the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections concluded. During this period, he spent a few days in the hill tourist destination of Kodaikanal, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere.
According to reports, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin was staying at a private star hotel in Pambarapuram, Kodaikanal. During his stay, he visited several major locations in Kodaikanal. He roamed the Lake Road area, the Municipal Reservoir, and surrounding areas. During this time, the Chief Minister also rode a bicycle on Lake Road, which generated enthusiasm among the people present there.
After a four-day break, Chief Minister Stalin left Kodaikanal for Madurai by car on Wednesday. Crowds gathered at several locations along his route. A large crowd gathered in front of the Janata Hostel in Kodaikanal, where people also took photos with the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister also met and accepted greetings from the people.
During his visit, people welcomed the Chief Minister at several locations along the Kodaikanal-Vattalakundu hill route. In areas like Moonjikal, Ugarthenagar, Senbaganur, and Perumalmalai, people, upon seeing him, submitted petitions regarding their problems. The Chief Minister accepted and carefully considered the petitions presented by the people along the way.
Chief Minister Stalin then arrived in Madurai at around 12:50 pm. From there, he departed for Chennai by private plane at around 1 pm. This concluded his four-day stay in Kodaikanal, and he returned to the capital to resume his official and political engagements.
His visit to Kodaikanal was described as purely personal and for leisure purposes. However, he was seen interacting with people and acknowledging their requests. Upon returning to Chennai, the Chief Minister once again became active in his administrative duties.
