Petrol-diesel became cheaper here including Prayagraj, Agra
New rates of petrol and diesel have been released in the country on 6th July. There has been no change in the price of fuel in many places including the metros of the country. However, there has been a change in the price of petrol and diesel in some cities. Meanwhile, a rise is being seen in the price of crude oil. In the international market, WTI crude oil jumped 0.15 percent and is trading at $ 71.90 per barrel. At the same time, Brent crude oil is trading at $ 76.63 per barrel with an increase of 0.10 percent. However, the effect of change in crude oil has not been seen on the country’s fuel. The cost of one liter of petrol in New Delhi is Rs 96.72, while diesel is being sold for Rs 89.62.
Where did petrol become cheaper and costlier?
In Noida and Greater Noida, diesel is being sold 8 paise costlier at Rs 97 per liter and diesel has increased by 6 paise to Rs 90.14 per litre. In Meerut, one liter of petrol is being sold at Rs 96.23 and diesel at Rs 89.42 per litre. In Prayagraj, petrol has become cheaper by 43 paise at Rs 96.66 per liter and diesel by 42 paise at Rs 89.86 per litre. In Agra, one liter of petrol is reduced by 2 paise to Rs 96.38 and diesel is Rs 89.55.
In Kanpur, the price of one liter of petrol has increased by 21 paise to Rs 96.48 and diesel has become costlier by 21 paise and is being sold at Rs 89.66 per litre. At the same time, in Bihar’s Patna, one liter of petrol has decreased by 34 paise to Rs 107.42 and diesel has decreased by 31 paise to Rs 94.21. In Rajasthan’s Jaipur, petrol is being sold at Rs 108.48 per liter after increasing by 5 paise. Whereas diesel is Rs 93.72 per litre.
