Masala Corn Ingredients
Corn – 1
water (3 cups
Milk – half cup
Salt – half teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
half a lemon
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
chopped fresh coriander
Masala Corn Recipe

First of all take a corn. Cut the corn into 3 pieces.

After this keep the pan on the gas. Pour 3 cups of water in the pan and add the fried pieces.

Add half a cup of milk to it. Add half teaspoon salt. Add a teaspoon of chili flakes or crushed black pepper.

Add one teaspoon of carom seeds and one teaspoon of butter to it. Now boil them for some time till they are cooked.

Now take out the pieces of corn from the pan and cool it. Add a spoonful of chaat masala over it.

Apply juice of half a lemon on it. – Put freshly chopped green coriander in it.
