Eat Palak Vada, recipe to stay healthy in winter

You must have eaten Aloo Vada, Methi Vada many times but have you ever tasted Palak Vada. Palak vada is now very famous as street food in many places and its taste is not less than any other street food. Many people do not eat nutritious spinach because of its taste, but if served with palak vada, they will eat it with great gusto. Palak Vada is full of taste as well as nutrition. Even kids will love to eat this food dish.
Palak Vada is as easy to make as it is to eat and if you want, you can serve it in breakfast or even in breakfast. Let’s know the very easy recipe to make Palak Vada.
Ingredients to make Palak Vada
Chopped spinach – 2-3 cups
Gram flour – 3 cups
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Chopped ginger – 2 tsp
Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped – 2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 2 tsp
oil for frying
salt – as per taste
How to make Palak Vada
To make Palak Vada, first wash the spinach thoroughly and then break its stem and chop it finely. After this, chop onion, ginger, green chillies as well. Now take a big bowl and add gram flour and rice flour and mix both of them well. After this add chopped green chilies, onions, celery, fenugreek seeds and mix. Then add red chili powder, cumin and other spices.
After mixing all the ingredients well, add finely chopped spinach to it and mix well. Due to the moisture in spinach, the mixture will become wet, so there is no need to add extra water. When the stuffing of spinach vada is ready, make vada by taking the mixture in hand and keep it in a separate plate. Similarly, prepare Palak Vadas from all the mixture.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. – When the oil becomes hot, add spinach vada according to the capacity in the pan and deep fry it. During this, increase the flame of the gas. Fry the palak vadas till they become golden and crisp from both the sides. after that they
