One more accused arrested in mobile shop theft case, 7 smartphones seized
Raipur. Another accused has been arrested in the mobile shop theft case. Police said that crime number 325/23 section 457, 380 Bhadvi of police station Tikrapara. In the case of date 05-06.07.2023, in the intervening night, the mother of applicant Gopal Chownani, located at Pachpedhi Naka Chowk, by an unknown accused. Laxmi Telecom had stolen a mobile phone worth lakhs of rupees from the mobile shop.
Under the direction of senior officers, the joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Thana Tikrapara Police, Mohd, accused in the case. Saddam Khan’s father Shabbir Khan, aged 28 years, resident of village Muttaur police station, Lalauli district Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, was arrested and police remand of the accused was taken by seizing 65 pieces of stolen mobile phones belonging to various companies, Jumla worth Rs.15,00,000/-. During the police remand, the members of the team interrogated the accused and seized another 07 pieces of stolen mobile phone Jumla worth Rs.
Thus far, a total of 72 pieces of mobile phone Jumla worth about Rs.20,00,000/- of different companies have been seized from the possession of the accused.
