250 g paneer
2 large tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp oil/ghee
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dry coriander
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (for color)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup whipped cream
salt to taste
1 tbsp green coriander
How to make Vrat Ki Paneer Vegetable
Dry roast cumin, whole coriander, black pepper and fenugreek seeds on low flame. Grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger together and make a fine puree.
Heat oil in a pan, add Kashmiri red chili powder, stir once and immediately add tomato puree and fry until thickened and oil separates.
Now add roasted spices, salt and red chili powder to it. Also put 1/2 tsp sugar.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add whipped cream. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
When it roasts well and the oil starts separating, add 1/4 cup hot water to it.
Let the curry boil. When the desired consistency is reached in the curry, add chopped paneer pieces to it and switch it off after a while. Add coriander leaves and serve.
