Heavy rain alert in 18 districts, possibility of continuous rain for 24 hours
Raipur. Heavy rain alert has been issued in 18 districts of Chhattisgarh. According to the Meteorological Department, there has been a change in the direction of monsoon in the Bay of Bengal. Due to this, there is a possibility of continuous rain for 24 hours. Red alert has been issued in 8 districts.
According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rains in many districts of the state including Raipur, Durg. Yellow alert has been issued here. Orange and red alert has been issued for 8 districts including Bijapur and Narayanpur. There is an orange alert for about 10 districts including Dhamtari, Balod, Rajnandgaon and Bastar divisions in Durg division. Due to the change in the monsoon condition, there is also a possibility of lightning accompanied by thunder and lightning at some places. That’s why people have been appealed to be careful.
