Accused arrested for raping 6-year-old innocent girl
Sukma. Sukma police has taken major action in the rape case of a 6-year-old innocent girl. In fact, on 24.07, on the information of misdeeds by an unknown person with a girl studying in Potakabin, a residential school for girls under police station Errabor. On 2023, crime number 09/2023 was registered and taken into consideration by Police Station Errabor under sections 456, 363, 376 (a) (b), 324 IPC, 4, 5 (d), 6 Paxo Act.
In view of the seriousness and sensitivity of the case, the Superintendent of Police, District Sukma, immediately constituted an 08-member investigation team under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police, Konta. After questioning more than 50 persons and on the basis of analysis of same number of mobile and tower dumps and analysis of the scene and circumstances of the incident, the accused Madvi Hidma alias Raju, aged about 35 years, resident of Errabor, was found to have sufficient evidence against him. And after verifying the identity of the victim, he was duly arrested. In the same case, during the investigation, it was found to be a fact that the ashram superintendent Hina, age 36 years, recently, Potakabin Errabor, did not give information about the said criminal incident to her senior office and the police at the appropriate time. From which in the case section 376 (f) of Bhadvi. And by adding Section 21 Paxo Act, the accused Mahila Ashram Superintendent is being duly arrested and presented before the court,
