Six arrested in kidnapping of girl, attempt to rape
Jaunpur (IANS). A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Rasulabad in Jaunpur, UP. Six men abducted a girl and were caught on camera playing with her dignity.
In this gruesome video clip, at least four men were seen abusing and forcing themselves on the girl. The girl also tried to save herself from the accused. But, the poor people twisted his arm and also physically assaulted him.
The girl can be seen shouting for help. One of the accused is seen capturing the entire incident on his mobile phone.
The video was posted on social media. After which the users expressed strong displeasure by tagging the Jaunpur police. Also demanded immediate action against the accused.
According to local sources, the girl managed to escape from the clutches of the six accused.
Police arrested all the six accused on Wednesday.
The victim’s father told the police in his complaint that the accused were stalking his daughter. After which the police registered a case and started investigating the matter.
The Jaunpur incident comes days after a 14-year-old school girl was raped by two of her friends in Meerut district. This incident has raised questions on the safety of girls and women.
