World record of yoga will be made tomorrow in Raipur
Raipur: Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission will organize a mass demonstration of Setubandha Asana tomorrow i.e. on 10th September from 9 am to 11 am at the Late Balbir Juneja Indoor Stadium in Budhapara, Raipur. In the program, about 1500 people will practice yoga collectively and register their place in the Golden Book of World Records. It is noteworthy that Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission has already made its place in the Golden Book of World Records. In this sequence, Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is organizing a program with the aim of making people aware of the importance of yoga and motivating them for a healthy lifestyle.
Yoga Commission Chairman Gyanesh Sharma said that in the group yoga practice program, along with Setubandha Asana, other asanas, pranayama and meditation will also be practiced for half an hour. A large number of public representatives and citizens will also participate in the program. Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission has appealed to all the citizens to participate in the program and participate in the record performance of India’s ancient science ‘Yoga’. Participants from all the districts of Chhattisgarh will participate in the mass yoga exercise program. By whom pre-practice of Yogasanas will be done from 9 am on 9th September.
It is noteworthy that the basic objective of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is to make every citizen of the state aware about health. To introduce yoga to the citizens to lead a healthy lifestyle and healthy life. Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is the first Yoga Commission in the country, which after its formation is continuously making people aware about health. For this, free yoga classes are being conducted by trained yoga teachers in the gardens, public places, schools and colleges of different cities of the state along with the capital Raipur.
