necessary ingredients
- 1 cup fenugreek (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh curd
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 2 tbsp jowar flour
- 2 tbsp millet flour
- 2 tbsp green chilli-ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon oil (for moyan)
- oil for frying
- Salt as per taste
recipe - Mix all the ingredients except oil for baking.
- Mix water as required and knead.
- Take small dough and roll it into thin roti.
- Apply oil on a hot nonstick pan and cook from both the sides.
- Serve with hot tea, curd or pickle.
