Everyone likes Raita, which is better to include in lunch rather than dinner. It can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Vegetable Raita is not only delicious but also has health benefits. This will prove to be the best option as an alternative to curd. Let us know about its recipe… necessary ingredients – 1 cup curd – 1 tsp cumin powder – 1/2 tsp black salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp red chili powder – 1 onion, finely chopped – 1 tomato, finely chopped – 1 carrot, grated – 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum – 3 tbsp finely chopped cucumber – 1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves – 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 green chillies, finely chopped – Salt as per taste recipe Before making vegetable raita, keep the curd in the freezer for 10-12 minutes. After this, take curd in a big vessel and beat it well. – Keep in mind that there should not be a single lump in the curd. After this, add cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder and salt as per taste to the curd and beat it well. – After this, vegetables will be added to the curd one by one. – For vegetable raita, first add onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum to the curd and mix. Then add tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves and then green chillies and mix well. – Vegetable raita is ready. Put it in a serving bowl and serve.
