Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
Carrot – 1 cup (chopped)
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tsp
Tomato puree – 1 teaspoon
Green Coriander – 1 cup (chopped)
Bottle gourd – 1 cup (chopped)
Capsicum – 1 cup (chopped)
Potatoes – 4-5 (boiled)
Butter – 2 spoons
salt to taste
Paneer – 1 cup

- First of all, put butter in a pan and heat it. Then cook the onion in it until it turns golden.
As soon as the onion becomes golden, add ginger-garlic paste to it.
Fry the mixture of both the things well and then add tomato paste. - Now add turmeric and red chili powder to it.
Then add bottle gourd, capsicum, carrot, coriander powder and mix it in the mixture. - Mash the boiled potatoes well. Then add potatoes, salt, pav bhaji masala and water to the mixture.
- Add carrots, bottle gourd and vegetables and cook the mixture. After this add chaat masala in it.
- After the mixture is cooked, turn off the gas.
To prepare pav, add ghee on the pan. Cut the pav from the middle and keep it on the pan. - Let the pav brown well.
- Serve pav with bhaji. Garnish the bhaji with onion, tomato, cheese and green coriander and serve.
