Black gram is generally used as a vegetable. Black gram is considered very beneficial for health. That’s why many people like to soak black gram in water and eat it in the morning.

How to make black gram soup
Making black gram soup is very easy. For this you also need to work harder. For this, first of all put black gram in 2-3 cups of water and boil it well. (Make tasty jam from cranberries)
After boiling the gram, keep it to cool for some time. When the gram cools down, separate the water. Meanwhile, let us tell you that you should not throw away gram water.
After this, keep aside 1-2 spoons of boiled gram and put the remaining gram in the mixer. After this, add boiled gram water in the mixer, grind it well and take it out in a vessel.
After this, add ghee or oil to a pan and heat it. When the pan becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, black pepper and salt and fry for some time. After this, add gram paste to it and cook for some time.

Material
Black gram-1 cup
Asafoetida-1/2 teaspoon
salt-as per taste
Lemon juice-1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
Ghee or oil- 1 teaspoon
Method
First of all, put black gram in water and boil it well.
Now separate the gram from water. Do not throw away the water.
After this, put boiled gram in a mixer and grind it well.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add asafoetida, cumin, salt, black pepper powder and fry well.
After this, add gram paste and gram water in the pan and cook for some time.
After cooking for some time, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve.
