Congress leader expelled from party, accused of raising slogans against MLA
Bemetara: Accusing a regional MLA in an election year proved costly for a party leader. On behalf of PCC, he has been expelled from the primary membership of the party. The name of the leader is Saurabh Nirvani. A formal order has been given by the party in this regard. The party had issued a show cause notice to him three days ago and sought his reply. This complete action was taken when the reply was not satisfied.
It is noteworthy that a show cause notice was issued to senior Congress leader Saurabh Nirvani by State Congress Committee General Secretary Malkit Gendu and his reply was sought within three days. In the cause notice issued, it was mentioned that State President Deepak Baij had been cited for raising slogans against Bemetra MLA Ashish Chhabra by making absurd allegations. However, after this strict attitude of the party, there is a stir among the leaders.
