Dongargarh police caught selling illegal liquor

Dongargarh: Under the direction of Senior Superintendent of Police Abhishek Meena, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Lakhan Patle and Police Sub-Divisional Officer Prabhat Patel, under the leadership of Inspector Ramavatar Dhruv, continuous action is being taken against the criminal elements to maintain peace in Dongargarh area.

In this context, Dogargarh Police has been successful in taking action against illegal liquor sale. Dogargarh police received information that a person named Banshilal Koche, resident of Danteshwaripara, was selling liquor illegally in his house. On receiving the information, a police team was sent to the place mentioned by the informer. In the proceedings, accused Banshilal Koche, father late Mehtar Lal Koche, age 55 years, resident of Danteshwaripara Dongargarh, was caught selling liquor illegally in his house. From whose possession 12 pauvas of country plain liquor Jumla, quantity 2.160 bulk litres, worth Rs 960 were seized. Action has been taken against the accused in police station Dongargarh under crime number 576/23, section 34 (1) of the Excise Act. The police officer who played an important role in this action was PR 867 Naveen Kshatriya, Rajendra Sahu.
