Chhattisgarh-Vishakhapatnam railway line disrupted due to landslide
Bastar: A landslide occurred on the KK (Kirandul-Kottavalasa) railway line between Manabar and Jarti railway stations in Odisha on Sunday morning. Due to this, Chhattisgarh-Vishakhapatnam railway line has been disrupted. It is being told that a big rock has broken and fallen on the track. After this, many passenger trains and goods trains including Hirakhand Express have been stopped at Koraput railway station in Odisha.
After receiving information about the accident, railway officials reached the spot with the relief team. The work of removing stones and soil from the track is going on. It is being told that it may take time till Sunday evening or Monday morning for the road to be restored. In such a situation, passengers will have to face a lot of problems.
