Odisha: Jail returnee killed in shootout in Kamakhyanagar

Kamakhyanagar: In a shocking incident that took place recently in Dhenkanal district of Odisha, a mining businessman lost his life in a shootout. The incident took place in Alatuma village near Malabandha in Kamakhyanagar, said reliable reports.

The shootout in Kamakhyanagar took place during the late night hours of Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Nirakar Sahu. As per reports from reliable sources, Nirakar Sahu was a jail returnee.

Sahu was allegedly involved in the murder of Deepak Mahunt, a member of Barua committee. The incident dates back to the year 2021.
