Father dies, son injured due to falling of house lentar in Tawli
Shahpur. Bhavan Swami died while breaking the letter of the room in village Tavali of the police station area, while one of his sons got injured. The villagers brought the injured son to the district hospital for treatment. 55 year old Abdul Rehman alias Mangata, resident of village Tavali, was breaking the letter of the room on the first floor of his house along with his 18 year old son Shahid. Suddenly the lamp of the room collapsed and fell down, due to which the building owner and his son got buried under the debris of the lamp.
Hearing the screams, family members and neighboring villagers reached the spot and pulled both of them out from the debris, but building owner Abdul Rehman alias Mangata died on the spot due to serious injuries, while his son was seriously injured. The family members and villagers admitted the seriously injured youth to the district hospital, where he is being treated. The incident spread grief among the villagers. On information, Harsauli outpost police reached the spot, apart from this, Tehsildar Sadar Sanjay Singh along with revenue team member Naib Tehsildar Harendrapal Singh, Regional Accountant Adesh Kumar reached the spot and took information about the incident. Tehsildar Sadar assured the family to provide government assistance of Rs 5 lakh from the Farmers Assistance Fund. The family refused to conduct post-mortem of the deceased.
