Three guns seized from a house built on a farm, one person arrested

Malarna Dungar police station, while carrying out a major action against illegal weapons in view of the observance of model code of conduct in the midst of the assembly elections, raided a house built on fields near Bahtend village in the police station area and found a person with three illegal cap guns. Success has been achieved in arresting. Police said that the arrested accused is Saeed Khan, son of Jhamir Khan, resident of Regar Mohalla, Bahatend police station Malarna Dungar.
Police Station Officer Lakhan Singh Khatana said that a special campaign is being run against illegal weapons and liquor on the instructions of District Superintendent of Police Harshvardhan Aggarwala to ensure adherence to the model code of conduct during the assembly elections. Meanwhile, through an informer, information was received that illegal weapons were kept in a thatched house built on the fields near Bahtend village. On which a team of Assistant Sub Inspector Prahlad Meena, Head Constable Mukesh Kumar, Constable Kedar and Rajesh was formed and raided the hideout mentioned by the informer.
During this time, the accused started running away after seeing the police, on which the police personnel caught the accused and searched the house. During this, three illegal capped guns were found from the house, on which the police arrested the accused along with the weapon. At present, the police have registered a case against the accused under the Arms Act. A case has been registered under this and investigation into the entire matter has been started.
