BJP leader left the party, angry over not getting ticket
Bilaspur: BJP has announced its candidates on 86 seats for the assembly elections to be held in Chhattisgarh. BJP has finalized 21 names in the first list, 64 in the second list while the name of Bhavana Bohra from Pandariya has been finalized as a single name.
After this ticket distribution by BJP, resentment is being seen among the workers in many assemblies. Jashpur and Dharsiwa are such assembly constituencies where there is a lot of resentment among the local workers about their official BJP candidate. Not only this, in Jashpur the high command even expelled two divisional presidents from the party. Talking about Bilaspur, there is no less resentment in the district also. A BJP leader here said goodbye to the party due to this resentment. The name of the leader is Chandni Bhardwaj. Chandni Bhardwaj was a contender from Masturi seat and was demanding the ticket. But BJP has made Dr. Krishnamurthy Bandhi its candidate from here.
Chandni has not only left the party but has also started suppressing Janata Congress Chhattisgarh. Now Jogi’s party can make him its candidate on some seat. It is noteworthy that Chandni is the daughter of former MP from Janjgir Lok Sabha constituency Kamaladevi Patle. He is also a District Panchayat member from Masturi area.
