Surat: A group organized cycle garba in Surat, Gujarat. Samajwadi Party’s national president Akhilesh Yadav has shared its video from his social media handle. In this he enumerated the benefits of cycling. Akhilesh Yadav shared the video on X and wrote that ‘Where there is cycle, there is joy’.

Actually, the cycle garba was organized at the Police Parade Ground in Surat. In this police event, Garba was played with various slogans including following traffic rules and no drugs. Gujarat State BJP President CR Patil, Gujarat Government Minister Mukesh Bhai Patel and many public representatives also participated in this event of Surat Police.

In Cycle Garba, people played Garba and Dandiya while riding bicycles. People in white dress participated on the bicycles of Surat Municipal Corporation. Those who participated in Cycle Garba also enumerated its benefits.

When people were asked that the video of their bicycle garba was shared by Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav on X. On this he said that there are benefits of cycling, but it is not right to give it a political color. Many people said that the political cycle of Samajwadi Party will not work in Gujarat.

Surat Police had also invited the disabled, those living in orphanages or old age homes for the event. Surat Police Commissioner Ajay Kumar Tomar said that there are many benefits of cycling. On the pretext of Cycle Garba, he has tried to convey the message regarding No Drugs in Surat City, Cyber Crime and Traffic Rules Awareness.
