Daughter-in-law protested against meeting her lover, father-in-law murdered

Katihar: In Katihar district of Bihar, a father-in-law had to pay the price with his life for opposing his daughter-in-law’s meeting with other men. In this case, the police took immediate action and arrested three people including the daughter-in-law of the deceased and her lover. Actually, this whole matter is of Madhura village of Kodha police station area, where the police recovered the body of Mohammad Taslim (55) from a house. Taslim was murdered by slitting his throat.

The police immediately started investigation into the matter. After interrogating the people nearby, the police took the deceased’s daughter-in-law, Jamila Khatun, into custody and interrogated her, and the whole matter was exposed. A police officer said that Mohammad Aleem, Mohammad Akmal and Jamila Khatoon of Sandalpur are involved in this case. It is said that the deceased’s daughter-in-law was having an illicit relationship with Aalim, about which the deceased came to know and he opposed it.
