Next hearing in coal scam case on December 6, Devendra Yadav and Chandradev Rai did not appear

Raipur: Today in Raipur court, 11 people included in the charge sheet of coal scam were to appear in the court with anticipatory bail. But only one of them appeared and the rest did not appear. Only Rajesh Chaudhary, who is on bail, appeared. These include MLA and candidate Devendra Yadav, Chandradev Rai, Ramgopal Aggarwal, RP Singh, including Ranu Sahu and Nitesh Chandrakar who are in jail.

The hearing of the Rs 550 crore coal levy recovery and money laundering case is going on in the court of Special Judge Ajay Singh Rajput from December 22. In view of the absence of the accused today, the court has again issued summons and extended the next hearing till December 6.
