Congress candidate’s father passes away, Bhupesh Baghel expressed condolences
Raipur. The father of Mahant Ramsundar Das, Congress candidate from the South Assembly seat of the capital, has passed away. He breathed his last at the age of 86 on Sunday at Ramakrishna Hospital in Raipur. It is being told that he was ill for a long time and was undergoing treatment at Ramakrishna Hospital. He died during treatment.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has expressed grief over this. He has said that the sad news was received about the demise of Shri Madhav Prasad Trivedi ji, head of Doodhadhari Math, senior politician and father of Mahant Ramsundar Das, Congress candidate from Raipur South. May God rest his soul in peace and give strength to his family to bear this sad time.
The last rites of Madhav Prasad Trivedi, father of Mahant Ram Sundar Das, will be held tomorrow on 30 October in Sakti district. His last rites will be performed on Monday in village Pihrid of Malkharoda development block. Madhav Prasad Trivedi, father of Mandelshwar Maharaj of Shivrinarayan, died during treatment at Ramakrishna Care Hospital in Raipur. Whose last rites will be performed on Monday in village Pihrid of Sakti district. According to the information, Madhav Prasad Trivedi along with his wife Savitri Bai lived with his grandson Vimal Pandey in village Pihrid. 15 days ago Madhav Prasad Trivedi had come to the house of his younger son Vishwanath Trivedi in Raipur.
During this time he complained of stomach pain. After which he was admitted to Ramakrishna Care Hospital in Raipur where his treatment was continuing after surgery. Meanwhile, on Sunday he breathed his last in the hospital itself. Madhav Prasad Trivedi has 3 sons Ayodhya Prasad, Ram Sundar Das Mahant and Vishwanath Trivedi. Whereas Madhav Prasad earlier worked as a priest. But after his health deteriorated, his elder son Ayodhya Prasad started doing the work of priest. Mahant Ram Sundar Das is the Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Cow Service Commission. Also, Congress has made him the candidate from Raipur South seat. Brijmohan Agarwal from BJP will contest against him. Ram Sundar Das has also been MLA from different seats twice. He has won elections from Pamgarh in 2003 and Jaijaipur in 2008.
