Police action in Govindgarh: 15 thousand liters of wash destroyed, many furnaces broken
Rajasthan. In view of the assembly elections, liquor manufacturing plants have been destroyed by Govindgarh Police and Baroda Meo Police. District Superintendent of Police Anand Sharma said that amid the assembly elections, Nazar Police is continuously working to stop the sale of liquor and destroy liquor distilleries.
Under this, a joint team of Govindgarh Police and Baroda Meo Police was formed and the illegal liquor distilleries running in Ruparel river in village Barwada were destroyed. In the joint action, Barodamev police station officer Tarachand Sharma and Govindgarh police station officer Hitesh Sharma along with the Japs of both the police stations were deployed. During this period, about 15,000 liters of water was destroyed by the police.
District Superintendent of Police K Anand Sharma said that there have been reports of candidates distributing liquor to people in the assembly elections in Rajasthan. The administration is strict regarding this.
