Raipur: CM Bhupesh Baghel tweeted and said – The cheapest cylinder in the country will be available in #Chhattisgarh. Today the price of the cylinder is Rs 974, the Congress government will give Rs 500. So the cylinder will be available for only Rs 474.

On August 30, about two months before the elections being held in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and Telangana, the Modi government gave a big relief by reducing the price of domestic LPG cylinder (LPG) by Rs 200. Now 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder is available in Delhi for Rs 903.

In Delhi, 19 kg commercial cylinder became costlier by Rs 209. Whereas in Kolkata the price increased by Rs 203.50, the consumers of Mumbai got a shock of Rs 202. In Chennai also the rate was increased by Rs 203 per cylinder.
