PSC student hanged herself due to depression
Bilaspur: A student who was preparing for PSC in Bilaspur has committed suicide by hanging herself. Before committing suicide, the student had also written a suicide note in which she had written about committing suicide due to depression due to her lover’s relationship with other girls and women. Also apologized to the parents for their mistake. The police are investigating the matter by establishing a route. The matter is of City Kotwali police station area.
Kiran Sarathi, father Ramjilal Sarathi, age 24, resident of village Talkela of Jutmil police station area of Raigarh, had studied M.Sc. After this, she came to Bilaspur and was doing coaching to prepare for PSC. She was in Bilaspur for coaching for the last 2 years and was currently living on rent in a hostel-like house of Shailendra Miri, near Bhatkhande Music College, Tikrapara. She lived alone in the room. She was last seen by other girl students at around 1 pm on Saturday afternoon. After this she did not come out of the room. When she did not come out till Sunday afternoon, he knocked on the door but did not get any response from inside, so he informed the landlord. The landlord peeped inside through the skylight of the student’s room on the roof and saw the body of the student hanging. On receiving the information, City Kotwali police reached the spot and broke the door and entered inside. Then a Panchnama was prepared for the dead body of the student, it was removed from the noose and taken to the district hospital.
