Voter awareness program in rice mill
Dhamtari. On the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Rituraj Raghuvanshi and under the guidance of CEO District Panchayat and Sweep District Nodal Officer Roktima Yadav, preparations for the assembly elections to be held on November 17 are gaining momentum in the district. Under this, voter awareness campaign is being conducted in camps and meetings of various departments including schools, colleges, oil and rice mills. In this series, labor department Dhamtari today administered oath to the workers working in Wiztech Rice Mill located in village Shyamatrai as part of voter awareness campaign by making them aware about voting.
In which Labor Inspector Nimmi Patel from Labor Department and rice mill operators and workers were present. It was said in the oath that we, having full faith in the civil democracy of India, take this oath that we will maintain the dignity of the democratic traditions of our country and while keeping the dignity of free, fair and peaceful elections intact, we will fearlessly fight on the basis of religion, class, etc. , will exercise their franchise in all elections without being influenced by caste, community, language or any other inducement. Along with this, the slogan related to ‘Whether old or young, everyone should vote’ was also raised.
