Delhi High Court will hear against Sushant Singh Rajput’s film

Mumbai: Delhi High Court will reportedly hear the film based on the life of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor’s father had filed a petition in the High Court against this film. According to the information, the court will hear the petition on February 12 next year. All the parties involved have been given time to file their reply to the notice issued. In this regard, Sushant’s father’s lawyer informed the court that four respondents are being represented by their lawyers, while notices have been given to others in the case.

Let us tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput’s father had reportedly filed a petition against the film named ‘Nyay: The Justice’ based on the life and journey of the late actor. The petition was filed against an earlier order of the Delhi High Court, which had refused to ban the streaming of the film.

This order was challenged by the petitioner before a division bench of Justice Yashwant Verma and Justice Dharmesh Sharma. After this, the court issued a notice and sought answers from the film makers.

During the hearing on Thursday, the lawyer appearing for the late actor’s father told the court that the order states that the father has his own right to privacy, but the same has not been considered. The counsel told the court that notices were sent to other respondents in the case through online medium as their exact details were not available.
