Haryana CM Khattar said- need of Mission Karmayogi
Gurugram (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Monday said there is a need for Mission Karmayogi to resolve public grievances efficiently in the state.
CM Khattar said, “We have to give a model to the state with the aim of collective and rapid development. We have to achieve economic development, only then we can develop a new working style. We have to enhance our administrative skills.” Launch of ‘Mission Karmayogi Haryana’ program in Gurugram.
He further said that we have to establish a SMART model, S- Simple, M- Moral, A- Accountable, R- Responsible, T- Transparent.
“We have to ensure that no one has to visit government offices again and again… We have to think about ‘ease of doing’. We have to find the easiest ways for people. We have to establish a smart model, S-. Simple, M-ethical, A-accountable, R-responsible, T-transparent, etc. There is a need for Mission Karmayogi so that we can resolve public grievances efficiently,” he said.
The ‘Mission Karmayogi Haryana’ program will sensitize all state government employees and stakeholders on the importance of ethical behaviour, values and principles in governance.
Driven by the Chief Minister of Haryana, this initiative aims to develop ethical governance and enhance the skills and competencies of government employees, while enhancing public service delivery and accountability while providing tangible benefits to the citizens of Haryana. (ANI)
