Thieves failed to loot cash from ATM, ran away leaving gas cutter
Rohtak. Cash worth lakhs of rupees was saved from being looted from the Bank of Baroda ATM located on Ladhaut Road, Rohtak. Miscreants had tried to rob this ATM late at night by cutting it with a gas cutter. When he did not succeed, he left the gas cutter and cylinder there and ran away. However, it was not known how much cash was there in this ATM.
At present the police is engaged in investigation. The incident happened late at night when unknown miscreants entered the ATM of Bank of Baroda located on Ladhaut Road with a gas cutter. They also broke the CCTV cameras installed there. After this an attempt was made to cut the ATM with a gas cutter. However, they were successful in cutting the body outside the ATM. But could not reach the cash. Finally, seeing his failure, he left the gas cutter there and ran away.
In the morning this information was given to the police and Bank of Baroda. Due to which the police reached the spot and the FSL team was also called to the spot for investigation. Police claim that the accused will be arrested soon.
