Court notice pasted at Congress leader’s house in Raipur, absconding in fraud case
Raipur. The court issued a notice against the Congress leader who has been absconding for two years in a fraud case. After pasting the notice in the court premises, it will also be pasted at Asif’s house on Saturday. A case has been registered against Congress leader Asif Memon in Civil Line police station. The court has ordered Asif Memon to appear on January 3. An arrest warrant is already issued against the accused.
It is known that Asif Memon had made a deal with Noor Begum for 75 thousand square feet of land located in Mova for Rs 3 crore 9 lakh 76 thousand. In lieu of this, seven checks were given to Noor Begum. The checks were bounced due to lack of funds in the account.
