Animal Advance Booking: The film earned ₹3.4 crore just five days before its release
Ranbir Kapoor’s box office success is likely to continue with his next film Animal, if the film’s advance bookings are any indication. According to Sacknilk, Animal has earned ₹3.4 crore in advance ticket sales just hours after the film’s advance booking started. Not even 24 hours have passed since advance booking of the animal started. But the film has already booked tickets worth ₹3.4 crore in all three languages – Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. While Hindi advance bookings dominate with ₹3.6 crore, followed by Telugu with ₹33 lakh and Tamil with ₹13,510.
Given the impression that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and lead actress Rashmika Mandanna have made on the Telugu-speaking audience, the advance bookings of the Telugu version are miles ahead of the Tamil version. But Ranbir has a huge market in Hindi, especially after the recent successes of Ayan Mukherjee’s Brahmastra last year and Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar this year, Ranbir will definitely repeat the same figures or even beat them with Animal.
