Remand of six accused approved in case of incident of atrocities against youth
Morbi: The remand of the accused has been approved in the case of cruelty to a youth of Scheduled Community in Morbi over a trivial matter like asking for salary. The police presented six accused in the court and the court approved their remand till 1st. Let us tell you that some time ago, after an incident of atrocities against a youth belonging to a scheduled community, the police had registered a crime under the Atrocity Act.
The accused were presented in Morbi court and a demand for ten days’ remand was made. According to the information, a scheduled caste youth demanding salary in Morbi was beaten up on caste basis.
A case has been registered against 12 people in the police station regarding the incident. After the complaint, the police was investigating in which the accused DD Rabari was arrested. Who was handed over to jail. In which three more accused including Raniba alias Vibhuti Patel, Om Patel and Raj Patel appeared before the police. Three more accused including Parikshit Bhaglani, Krish Merja and Preet Vadsola appeared before the police today. Remand of six accused was approved.
