Mumbai: The experience of 800 girls who went on a study tour from Jammu and Kashmir in a hotel in Goregaon, Mumbai was quite scary. The hotel where they were made to stay, not only had basic facilities but the reputation of the hotel was also not good. It is said that some time ago there was a raid in this hotel regarding sex racket. Not only this, nude pictures were also recovered from the mobile phones of the hotel staff. After this there was a lot of commotion and drama.
Actually, about 800 girl students from Katra, Jammu and Kashmir have set out on an education tour on Gyanodaya Express on 19th November. This group of girl students reached Mumbai on 19 November. According to Professor Rajesh Singh who accompanied the girl students, 500 girl students were given stay at the Royal Palms Hotel in Goregaon. Apart from this, other girl students were accommodated in a hotel in Saki Naka. However, everyone’s food was arranged at Royal Palms itself. According to Professor Singh, after Delhi and Ahmedabad, the experience here was very bad. The rooms were very dirty and there were stains on the sheets. The girls became very upset due to this. However, the real drama was yet to come. After this the girls started searching for hotel reviews online. It was also revealed that a high profile sex racket was busted here.
Professor Singh says that dinner was arranged for 800 girls. But the table was set only for 100 people. He told that while dinner was going on, the lights went off for about half an hour. When properly checked, it was found that the power had been cut deliberately. It is said that this electricity was cut because some people involved in suspicious activities had to be evacuated from inside. The girls had an argument with the hotel staff regarding this. Meanwhile, an employee started making a video on his phone. On this the girls snatched his mobile to delete the video. During this time it was revealed that there were nude pictures on his phone, due to which the matter became more heated.
