14 year old minor raped by her boyfriend along with two friends
Bihar. A horrifying story of a girl from Jehanabad, Bihar has come to light. A 14 year old student was raped for the first time by her boyfriend and his two friends. Hurt by this incident, when the victim went near the river to commit suicide, the young man who saved her, pretending to be his sympathizer, raped her. Still dissatisfied, he sold it to a human smuggler for Rs 15 lakh. The student entered Rajasthan from Bihar and then Madhya Pradesh and was kept hostage for 30 days. She was raped every day. When he protested, they beat him. Bihar Police conducted raids in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and recovered the girl on December 3.
There is a possibility that the student is pregnant and the police will conduct a medical examination. This 14 year old girl is a resident of Makhdounpur police station of Jehanabad city. On 3 November 2023, he left home to go to school. On the way, she met her lover and he took her to Jehanabad as per the plan. The students were locked in a hotel in Jehanabad. Her boyfriend, along with Ankit and another friend, raped her in a hotel. After this incident, the girl was thrown out of the hotel at night. The girl was upset with this behavior of her boyfriend. He didn’t want to go home. The girl decided to commit suicide and went to the river. A young man came here as a sympathizer.
When the young man came to know about the problem of the student, he was very inspired. The girl started trusting him. After gaining her trust, the young man took the student to Gaya and first raped her there. After this he was handed over to smugglers. The cell phone of the victim, who was fatally attacked multiple times in a period of 48 hours, was also kept with him and as part of a conspiracy, a plan was made to sell it outside the state, of which the victim was not allowed to know. , In Gaya, a human smuggler named Santosh caught a student. Then Santosh sold it within 24 hours for Rs 1.5 lakh. This deal was done with Madan Lal Vyas, a resident of Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh. The smugglers made a preliminary agreement. After the call, the girl was taken to Madhya Pradesh.
Madan Lal Vyas did online transactions of Rs 1.5 lakh from two accounts in favor of Santosh. It is said that the student was brought to Rajasthan before Gaya. Here he was scared. Then a forced marriage was staged so that no one could get suspicious. Since her age could not be ascertained, she was forced to wear a saree. The student was detained and raped for several days in Rajasthan. After this he was taken to Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh. Here he was kept hostage in a room. Not a day went by when a girl was not beaten for protesting against rape.
The father of this student had informed about his daughter’s disappearance in Teta OP of Makhdounpur police station of Jehanabad on 12 November 2012. The victim’s father had expressed concern that something bad could happen to his daughter. Police investigation into the incident was initiated but no clues were found. The police contacted Arjit Adhikari, the state coordinator of Bachpan Bachao Andolan and sought his cooperation. Earlier, a girl from Jehanabad was saved by Bachpan Bachao Andolan of Rajasthan. The police and Bachpan Bachao Andolan team conceptualized and launched this operation.
The team rescued the girl from Mansoor in Madhya Pradesh on December 3. Apart from this, human smuggler Madan Lal Vyas was also arrested from Mansoor. Arjit Adhikari, state coordinator of Bachpan Bachao Andolan, said that Jehanabad police had sought help. After this team, Bachpan Bachao Andolan was formed in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. A special team of Bihar Police along with members of Bachpan Bachao Andolan searched more than half of the locations in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The smugglers often changed places with the students. Because of this the team had difficulty in contacting the girl. After much effort, Mansoor’s house was searched on the night of 3 December. Later the person who held the girl hostage was also arrested.
