It is the government’s duty to support his family among the millions of people in this country.” Recently BJP had demanded that the government should provide financial assistance to the martyr’s family. In response, Siddaramaiah said on Tuesday that the government has utmost respect for the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country and is also concerned about their families. “We do not use the deaths of soldiers to promote our political agenda,” he said in an indirect attack on the opposition party.
